On February 23, Senegal Zhengwei organized on-site observations on different projects, which were attended by 15 people including Yu Bingxin, the Deputy Chief Engineer, Sun Jianli, the Deputy General Manager of West Africa Zhengwei, Qi Pan, the Deputy General Manager of Senegal Zhengwei and the engineers, etc.   

      

The activity was divided into two stages, namely, the on-site observation and discussion session, aiming to enhance the exchanges among the project engineers, learn from each other and analyze weak points in project management. The delegation visited the 55MW Thermal Power Plant Project, the Sport Town Project and United Nations House Project. After the on-site visit, the visitors attended the workshop in the logistics base. They shared their thinking and experience in the management of construction projects, gaining fruitful results.  

        This activity helped the participants expand their vision, build more management consensus, establish a positive atmosphere of “learning from each other” and upgrade the quality of project management.
