Days ago, ZHENGWEI Senegal won the bid for the condominium project in the urban area of Dakar. The project, with a building area of more than 7,000m2, is a high-end condominium building with one floor underground and 16 floors above the ground. The roof is equipped with photo-voltaic and wind power generation equipment.
Located in the downtown area of Dakar, the project is surrounded by existing roads and buildings. The foundation trench almost covers the whole land plot.
