In order to help new employees better integrate into the company, ZHENGWEI Senegal recently held an orientation workshop, which was attended by one Chinese engineer, two local engineers and one local translator who recently joined the company. Qi Pan, Deputy General Manager of ZHENGWEI Senegal, Di Changsheng, Director of Supporting Base, He Pan, Business Supervisor, Liu Gang, Procurement Supervisor, and Diagne, the local employee representative, attended the workshop. 

After making the self-introduction one by one, the participants watched the corporate promotional video and PPT presentations. Then the Deputy General Manager Qi Pan introduced the history of the ZHENGWEI Senegal’s international engineering business and its business development in West Africa. “Joining WIETC, we become a family,” Qi Pan encouraged the new employees, “if you encounter problems in work and life, you can communicate with colleagues at any time and work together to find solutions.” He also expressed his hope to work together with them to create a better future for ZHENGWEI Senegal. Diagne, a local engineer, said, “I joined ZHENGWEI Senegal more than a year ago. In my work, I realized that WIETC is an efficient, open, quality-&-reputation-oriented company. Working at WIETC, I can give full play to my expertise and greatly improve myself.” Deeply influenced by the frank and open atmosphere of the workshop, the four new employees had frequent interactions and in-depth exchanges with senior employees on their concerns, saying they will devote themselves to their work with great enthusiasm.

The orientation workshop for new employees was successfully concluded in a warm and cheerful atmosphere, which achieved good results and took a solid step for the company to further promote localization.
